Delivery and Returns

DELIVERIES

Free UK delivery on all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a 3-5 day service or for an additional charge you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is a next day (not guaranteed) service.  Please note that orders may not be shipped on the day they are placed, if there is a particular requirement please contact us first.

Europe and Worldwide orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked or International Signed (there is no tracking with this service).  The service depends on what your country offers.

Royal Mail states delivery within 5 to 14 Working days for deliveries to Europe and Worldwide destinations but please note that parcels must progress through local customs which can result in additional delays.  You will not pay UK VAT but you may have to pay local VAT' Duty and other clearance charges.

  • Delivery destinations in Europe: £10.50
  • Delivery destinations to USA and the rest of world: £13.50

RETURNS

UK ORDERS

In the event you would like to return your online purchase you can do so by simply sending us your item in its original packaging and unworn using the prepaid returns label that came with your delivery.

  • Earrings must be returned within 7 days unworn and still in there packaging.
  • Bracelets and Necklaces must be returned within 14 days of purchase .  
  • When returning items you must obtain a proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • Upon receipt of your return, your credit, debit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods We will process your return within 5 days.
  • Your credit card company may take a further 3-5 working days to credit your account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please follow the instructions as shown above but note that we do not offer free international returns.
  • We strongly recommend that you return your items via a tracked and insured carrier and that the value of the goods are covered as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges, please return your item and in a separate transaction please purchase your replacement item. Upon the return of your original purchase we will credit you payment method with and duplicate postage cost that you may have incurred. This only applies to orders within the UK.
