Refund policy

We want you to love your Cachet London jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days.

Returns
You can return earrings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

UK returns
UK returns are free. Simply use the prepaid returns label included with your delivery.

International returns
Please follow the same steps, but note that international returns are at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured service that covers the full value of the items.

Proof of postage
Please keep your proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit before they reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 working days to show the credit.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. For UK orders, we will refund any extra postage you paid for the replacement order once we receive your return.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@jwblondon.co.uk and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
